Our concept

SAYONA. is a private travel concierge. We design journeys around the people who take them, and we stay close while they happen.

  • Not an agency

    We do not sell packages. Every programme starts from what you tell us: who travels, what you love, what you would rather avoid, how much time you want to spend on the road. We build from there.

  • People first, tools second

    A concierge reads every request and designs every programme. We use technology, including artificial intelligence, to prepare drafts faster; a person always checks and decides what reaches you.

  • Honest by design

    Your itinerary shows the real status of each moment: suggested, requested, pending confirmation, confirmed. If something is not confirmed, we say so.

  • Local, and growing slowly

    We start with Bali, where we can build real relationships on the ground. New destinations will open one at a time, when we know them well enough.
